- The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the
premises and must remedy it immediately and professionally.
- If the lease is not renewed at the end of the lease, the
tenant must accommodate all requests for showings from
prospective tenants or buyers, with 48 hours' notice.
- The tenant will be responsible for any costs associated
with lost keys.
- The landlord reserves the right to inspect the premises
with 48 hours' notice, and the tenant must authorize this
access.
